God and her vision is Gigi Amanata Wellness. Giovanni is always learning and finding ways to use the knowledge she's obtained to enrich people's lives. She believes we all have one permanent temple to take care of and it should have access to things that it needs and deserves and is one of Gigi Amanata Wellness main missions. Being a 4 sport athlete since age 5 is only one of the things that produces her drive for wellness. Giovanni helps to introduce people to living a more vibrant, energetic, and healthier lifestyle while promoting positive energy and wellness lifestyle habits. Her personal experiences with nutrition and meal planning, creating natural products, keeping herself educated and updated in living a natural lifestyle helped the mind muscle building in her natural journey and birthright missions for the people. Giovanni helps others see the potential within themselves when embracing a healthier lifestyle expanding their own temple consciousness. Gigi Amanata Wellness missions, concepts, and visions for the people were cultivated thru a lifetime of my own experiences and were birthed thru me in 2009 for a very special soul, my beautiful late mother Regina "Gigi" Thomas Gilmore, under a life changing circumstance that was a Cancer diagnosis. The success I had in educating her and other people in ways to naturally take back control of their individual wellness journeys with food and other natural things God put on the Earth for you and I let me know this is a purpose of mine and is one of my birthright mission I will passionately fulfill. I am truly grateful to share with you things I’ve written and formulated like customizable organic NON-GMO product blend recipes, natural recipes, workouts, various journey encouragements, life quotes & many other back to mother nature ways to grow in wellness everyday.
