Giovanni A. Gilmore is a creator, educator, writer, healer, and creative visionary from Washington D.C. and has a passion for God, people, a natural lifestyle and pure ingredients. Giovanni is always learning and finding ways to use the knowledge she's obtained to enrich people's lives. She believes we all have one permanent temple to take care of and it should have access to things that it needs and deserves and is one of Gigi Amanata Wellness main missions. Being a 4 sport athlete since age 5 is only one of the things that produces her drive for wellness. Giovanni helps to introduce people to living a more vibrant, energetic, and healthier lifestyle while promoting positive energy and wellness lifestyle habits. Her personal experiences with nutrition and meal planning, creating natural products, keeping herself educated and updated in living a natural lifestyle helped the mind muscle building in her natural journey and birthright missions for the people. Giovanni helps others see the potential within themselves when embracing a healthier lifestyle expanding their own temple consciousness. She is here to uplift and support you in every aspect of your wellness journey whether it deals with the physical, mental, social, spiritual, or atmospheric parts of your temple wellness nourishment.
