These leg workouts will build up the core leg muscles of the body gradually and keep it toned and tight for optimal wellness endurance, great balance, and posture!
Leg + Butt Day 1 / No Equipment Needed Workout ❇️
Do each exercise for 1 minute 30 seconds to count as a 1 set. Complete 3 sets of 1 minute 30 second for each exercise.

Take your time! Have fun! Get your music jam on! You will feel tightness in your leg muscles if you haven’t worked these muscles regularly. This is normal and you will get stronger as you make it a consistent part of your physical activities routine.
