Grind Green Toasted Purp Bowl Recipe 

A recipe formulated by Founder Giovanni Gilmore in the Gigi Amanata Wellness Kitchen

Ingredients

Organic Purple Cauliflower
Organic Broccoli Florets
Organic Green Beans
Pearl Red Onions
Pearl White Onions
Circle Bread
Organic Dried Basil Leaves
Organic Avocado Oil or Organic Grapeseed Oil

 

Step 1: Prepare to wash and cut your vegetables - Purple Cauliflower, Broccoli Florets, and Green Beans. Cut into your desired size, I cut separately and put in their own containers for custom seasoning.

 

Step 2: Wash, peel and prepare to cut your white and red pearl onions into your desired size. I season with Raw Pink Himalayan Salt and set aside cut onions in container.

 

Step 3: Season to taste liking whatever flavor combinations you desire in your separate containers of Purple Cauliflower, Green Beans, and Broccoli Floret and toss gently or stir to evenly coat vegetables with seasoning mix. I seasoned my Purple Cauliflower with Organic Red Raspberry Powder, Organic Garlic Powder – Green Beans with Organic Bladderwrack Powder and Organic Black Pepper Powder  – Broccoli Florets with Organic Lemon PowderOrganic Black Pepper Powder, and Organic Garlic Powder.

 

*Using my baking method – then continue to bake method Step 6

Step 4: Lightly coat pan or pans with Organic Avocado or Grapeseed Oil evenly, add vegetables to their respective pans, toss and bake at 300° for 12-15 minutes or to desired crispiness for the vegetables.

 

*Using my softly sautéed method –

Step 4: Gather your desired cooking pans, you can cook all three at the same time or one at a time, whatever is most comfortable for you in your kitchen. Prepare your pans with the Organic Avocado or Grapeseed Oil by feeding the pan a circle motion of oil and tossing your pan to evenly coat the oil in the pan. Toss in a handful of your cut onions to each pan, evenly distribute, and let simmer on med heat for 1 to 2 minutes.

 

Step 5: Toss in your seasoned Purple Cauliflower, seasoned Green Beans, and seasoned Broccoli Floret into their respective heated pans and stir gently and evenly spread to cook in the pan, stir occasionally for 3-5 minutes depending on desired vegetable crispy.

 

*If using my baking method

Step 6: Take your pans out of the oven and place your finished baked vegetables into their previous respective containers, lightly sprinkle with Raw Pink Himalayan Salt, and set aside.

 

*If using my softly sautéed method

Step 6: Place your finished softly sautéed Purple Cauliflower, Green Beans, and Broccoli Florets into their previous respective container, lightly sprinkle with Raw Pink Himalayan Salt, and set aside.

 

Step 7: In a small bowl pour 1/3 cup of Organic Avocado Oil or Grapeseed Oil, 1 tsp of Organic Basil Leaves, and 2 tsp of Organic Garlic Powder. Mix and set to the side. Preheat your oven and set to 420 degrees.

 

Step 8: Grab your Circle Bread and slice inward about ½ inch a circle all the way around the top of the Circle bread. You will have made a full 360 turn of the bread while slicing. Pull the sliced bread part from the top and remove the remainder of the bread on the inside of the Circle Bread. This will create the bread bowl once all the insides have been removed.

 

Step 9: Grab your oil mixture that you made in Step 7 and begin to oil your Circle Bread bowl. Evenly oil and coat the outside, evenly oil and coat the inside. Put oiled Circle Bread inside the oven directly on the rack or in a pan open circle side down and bake for 8-10 minutes or until desired crispiness.

 

Step 10: Take Toasted Circle Bread bowl out of the oven and place on a plate to cool for 1 minute.

 

Step 11: Place your sautéed or baked Purple Cauliflower, Green Beans, and Broccoli Florets into the warm toasted Circle Bread bowl. Garnish with Organic Raw Hemp Hearts and your remainder chopped pearl onions.

Stay rising beautiful souls! I have one of my favorite quick veggie burger gems recipes I created and I want you to try and work it well in your kitchen! This fun and tasty recipe below from the Gigi Amanata Wellness Kitchen that's great just in time for your Spring Wellness Get Right! It can be customized any way you like feel free to add or replace an ingredient with whatever your taste buds desire!

Greening Me Down Burger

-Favorite burger bun of your choice
-Living Butter Lettuce
-Organic Broccoli Floret Bunch
-Organic Leeks
-Purple Onions
---
-Organic Garlic Powder
-Organic Black Pepper
-Organic Bladderwrack Powder
-Organic Cayenne Pepper
-Organic Wheatgrass Juice Powder
-Raw Hemp Seeds
-Organic Grapeseed Oil or Organic Avocado Oil

 

*I cooked my dish ingredients in a cast iron skillet and wok.

 

Cut up your desired amount of Organic Broccoli florets into the size you wish to eat, I recommend to cut very small. Move cut Organic Broccoli into a bowl and sprinkle your desired amount of Organic Bladderwrack Powder, Organic Garlic Powder, Organic Cayenne Pepper, toss, and put it to the side.

 

Cut up your desired number of Organic Leeks strips into small square pieces. Move cut Organic Leeks into a bowl and sprinkle your desired amount of Organic Black Pepper, toss, and put to the side.

 

Cut up your desired amount of Purple Onion into small square pieces. Move the cut Purple Onion into a bowl and put to the side.

 

Heat up your selection size of oil or butter choice in your desired cooking pans, sprinkle a tsp of Organic Wheatgrass Juice Powder into the warming oil or butter of each pan, gently toss to mix evenly.

 

Evenly distribute and toss your chopped Purple Onion into both of your warming oil or butter. Let your onions simmer alone for 3 minutes, toss periodically.

 

Throw your seasoned cut Organic Broccoli florets into the pan and mix to evenly coat your veggies. Spread evenly in pan, cook and mix until it's to your taste buds destination. Transfer to food container.

 

Throw your Organic Leeks into the pan and mix to evenly coat your veggies. Spread evenly in the pan, cook and mix until it's to your taste buds destination. Transfer to food container.

 

Toast buns in pans and transfer to plates to dress your burger to your liking and don't forget to pull you off a few strips of Living Butter Lettuce and top off your Greening Me Down Tower with some Raw Hemp Seeds.

 

GREAT JOB at making a meal prep recipe for a green filled week when maybe salads aren't doing it or you want to try something new. Here are some examples of ways to test and try something new in your wellness and the easiest way to start is by what we put in our beautiful temples. Let us start there, I always say we only get one temple so we must cherish and take care of it! In this post for you I will highlight some cool recipes inspired from one of my favorite Epicurious Editions – “FRESH” years ago! 

 

Try adding fresh, in-season, whole and complete foods, that will nourish our temple with the vitamins and nutrients we need for daily thriving. We don’t want to weight down our daily wellness steps with things that can be detrimental in the short or long term to our journey! Staying aware and always be willing to take the step of faith and try something new for the better of our health. That’s one of the secrets to always keep us glowing.

Manifesting Make It Monday 2.27.2017

The power to make anything happen in our lives is within us.

We are designed to make it and we must keep continuously exercising that manifesting ability we have. Sometimes our surroundings, atmospheres, or circumstances can have that looking like a very far thing in our future, but we can establish a change with our mouths, our actions, our mind, our perspectives, or even our discipline. This will do great things for our wellness journey and be beneficial throughout all life seasons.

I have a great exercise I created for myself that works your mind, body, and soul within your wellness I’m going to share with you.

 

I love to do at least twice a week because it always reminds me of why I ‘m able to manifest and make anything I put my mind to happen because my creator gave me grace and authority. This exercise is great at helping to center you if you’re feeling off and give you a fresh mind focus. It’s my slice of humble pie.

 

Gigi Amanata Wellness Manifesting Make It Happen Exercise


~This wellness exercise can be a 7-minute exploration experience or even a 21-minute exploration experience.
Your mood will usually set your exercise time so do what you feel.

1. Find a comfortable space of your choice that you will be able to lay flat on your back.

 

2. Have a calming soundtrack playing softly in the background like classical music, your favorite instruments, or you can do the wellness exercise in complete silence it is all up to you.

3. If you have calming objects you can use them and incorporate them into your Gigi Amanata Wellness Manifesting Make It Exercise. For example, I use my favorite crystals/stones and place them on my different parts of my body after I’ve laid flat.

 

4. Lay flat and get comfortable in your desired spot chosen and lay your calming objects where you wish for the duration of the exercise.

5. Close your eyes and begin to breathe in and out at the pace of your choice. As you begin to relax your breathing will become calmer and deeper.

 

6. Lay your hand on your chest preferably over your heart and begin to focus and think of all the things you are thankful for and things you are making it thru. Think about how you are feeling your heart beat, so you’re still alive, and you are still able to make something happen!

 

7. As you continue to breathe with your hand on your heart let your gratitude grow, your heart beat flutter in unison, and let your mind believe and manifest the make it happen plan that is for your exclusive wellness steps.

8. Be real with yourself and true to your gifts during every exercise experience.
