Try, try, it’s good for your being, the more positive things you try the more you glow!
Here are some examples of ways to test and try something new in your wellness and the easiest way to start is by what we put in our beautiful temples. Let us start there, I always say we only get one temple so we must cherish and take care of it! In this post for you I will highlight some cool recipes inspired from one of my favorite Epicurious Editions – “FRESH” years ago!
Try adding fresh, in-season, whole and complete foods, that will nourish our temple with the vitamins and nutrients we need for daily thriving. We don’t want to weight down our daily wellness steps with things that can be detrimental in the short or long term to our journey! Staying aware and always be willing to take the step of faith and try something new for the better of our health. That’s one of the secrets to always keep us glowing.

Manifesting Make It Monday 2.27.2017
The power to make anything happen in our lives is within us.
We are designed to make it and we must keep continuously exercising that manifesting ability we have. Sometimes our surroundings, atmospheres, or circumstances can have that looking like a very far thing in our future, but we can establish a change with our mouths, our actions, our mind, our perspectives, or even our discipline. This will do great things for our wellness journey and be beneficial throughout all life seasons.

I have a great exercise I created for myself that works your mind, body, and soul within your wellness I’m going to share with you.
I love to do at least twice a week because it always reminds me of why I ‘m able to manifest and make anything I put my mind to happen because my creator gave me grace and authority. This exercise is great at helping to center you if you’re feeling off and give you a fresh mind focus. It’s my slice of humble pie.
Gigi Amanata Wellness Manifesting Make It Happen Exercise
~This wellness exercise can be a 7-minute exploration experience or even a 21-minute exploration experience.
Your mood will usually set your exercise time so do what you feel.
1. Find a comfortable space of your choice that you will be able to lay flat on your back.
2. Have a calming soundtrack playing softly in the background like classical music, your favorite instruments, or you can do the wellness exercise in complete silence it is all up to you.
3. If you have calming objects you can use them and incorporate them into your Gigi Amanata Wellness Manifesting Make It Exercise. For example, I use my favorite crystals/stones and place them on my different parts of my body after I’ve laid flat.
4. Lay flat and get comfortable in your desired spot chosen and lay your calming objects where you wish for the duration of the exercise.
5. Close your eyes and begin to breathe in and out at the pace of your choice. As you begin to relax your breathing will become calmer and deeper.
6. Lay your hand on your chest preferably over your heart and begin to focus and think of all the things you are thankful for and things you are making it thru. Think about how you are feeling your heart beat, so you’re still alive, and you are still able to make something happen!
7. As you continue to breathe with your hand on your heart let your gratitude grow, your heart beat flutter in unison, and let your mind believe and manifest the make it happen plan that is for your exclusive wellness steps.
8. Be real with yourself and true to your gifts during every exercise experience.
