Frazzled, frizzy in the mind, and flustered. What a total fumble that could feel like and we’ve all been there and had that type of moment. I love being able to stop, refocus, and re-plan to execute a new flight plan just when we thought the original plan may be taking a nosedive. This could be in a decision made in our wellness or even in our life journey, but we have the power of flight and we are never given more than we can bear. We can get a second wind even after a false start, slow start, or even no start at all. It is up to us to make that freedom step forward

Transcribing my thanks for they are only mine to record and give.


When we transcribe we are putting our thoughts and ideas into written form. To transcribe the things we are thankful for we can control the direction of our mind perception and the way we approach things. I love writing my thanks and things out as it’s a way to solidify a thought or idea and a great helpful reminder to speak something into existence. Ready, set, go. Writing out our thanks and also things we will be thankful in the future will set the foundation for tangibility.

Try writing out your goals for your wellness and things you want for your longevity in your lifestyle? Release it out of your mind, set it from an idea to an obtainable reality on actual paper or digital paper. It could be one word, bullet points or it could even be paragraphs. It could be mantras that motivate you, recipes you think of and want to try, habits you want to change. You decide how to arrange your thankfulness for your journey’s foundation and what you are building. This will be the start to a plan you have for how you will reach what you have set out to do and when you will.


Transcribing my tasks, goals, birthright dreams, and anything I need or want to do for my journey and wellness is a driver for me. It’s a sealer in that it easily gets me motivated keeping me on my P’s & Q’s. You will be able to do this to for yourself knowing what destinations you want in your life. Find out your motivators that keep you thankful and lift those up in your daily wellness steps as one of your accountability partners. Your steps will get stronger on this healthy lifestyle journey as your motivators will have more positive sway in setting your atmospheric energies for transcribing thankfulness. I can’t wait to hear the greatness you will transcribe from goals, songs & mantras of thanks, creative ideas to reality, prayers and praises, whatever it is all up to you and your thanks expression!

We don’t want to get comfortable because we need to be always ready for what’s to come. Our creator knew of us before we were even thought of by our parents and we made it thru the development to where we are today. This is not by accident or luck, we’ve made it thru it all by grace and mercy. What will be the legacy of your moves?

Destinations in life can be many things depending on the season you’re in. This is a raw food and organic seasoning blend recipe from the Gigi Amanata Wellness kitchen that can be used with many of your meals as a tasty healthy side, an easy way for kids to eat vegetables, an amazing salad topper, a quick go-to recipe for entertaining or late work nights, or even a delicious lettuce topper.
Turn up the raw food love in all your taco & stir-fry, burger recipes! You can even customize this recipe below with other organic seasoning blend combinations and vegetable combinations! You are the top chef to your wellness!


Ingredients for Radish Me Zucchini

Any Organic Seasoning or Organic Seasoning Blend of Your Choice – Organic Seasoning Blend used in this recipe from the Gigi Amanata Wellness Shop: Organic Black Pepper, Organic Cayenne Pepper Powder, Organic Turmeric Root Powder, Organic Bladderwrack Powder, Organic Garlic Powder, Organic Onion Powder, Organic Raw Hemp Seeds, & Organic Hemp Protein Powder – Get creative with your organic seasoning blend & make your dish pop to the flavor palate of your day!

Radish
Zucchini
Multi Food Grater
~Raw Pink Himalayan Sea Salt if desired

Steps for Radish Me Zucchini

Wash your selection of Radish and Zucchini with a mixture of your favorite vegetable/fruit washer solution.

Prep your organic seasoning blend ingredients by filling a small bowl with each desired ingredient amount and your organic seasoning blend is ready. Put this to the side for later.

 

Blend your desired amount of organic hemp protein powder and organic raw hemp seeds in a small bowl same as you did the organic seasoning blend. Put this to the side for later.

Grab your selected amount of Radish and Zucchini and grate or cut into to your desired sizes for each.

Place the two cut vegetables into a bowl together.

Sprinkle the organic seasoning blend evenly over the vegetables within the bowl. Toss the vegetables in the bowl to evenly coat all the vegetables with the organic seasoning blend.

Sprinkle the blend of organic hemp protein powder and organic raw hemp seeds evenly over the vegetables in the bowl.

~Sprinkle evenly over the vegetable mix a pinch of Raw Pink Himalayan Salt if your diet can consist of salt and if desired in your dish for a super flavor kick.
