HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY MY QUEEN!

MY Swizzy! MY Ma G! I love you more than I can ever express! You're my best friend and I miss you everyday! Our hugs and how I would always come back for another one saying, "Okay Mom, last one" and still sneak another before leaving you! Our songs and how we would create a cool melody on the drop of a dime! Our car jams to Stevie Wonder, John P. Kee, Hezekiah Walker, The Funkadelics & Parliament! We had an amazing bonding experience in Cancun and I'm happy we got that week together! Remember I surprised you with floor seats to Stevie Wonder's Keys of Life Tour!? You had such a great time lighting up with every song! Happy I have that memory! I think and smile of the story you told me of being pregnant with me and dancing your butt off at a MC Hammer concert! You were life and the light you brought to any room will never be replaced but I'm happy to know I'm a piece of you. That smile! You inspire me and encourage me everyday! You are driving inspiration behind my natural wellness brand, business, and birthright missions to the people! An amazing mother and I couldn't think of anybody else doing a better job with an ambitious girl like me and I think I came out really good! I use many of the tools, wisdom and knowledge, resources you passed down to me and I love that! I'll keep continuing to accomplish all the things we talked about and I know you're my angel with me every step of the way being that motherly protection whenever I need it! Girl you are so beautiful and I love your spirit! I'll see you when I get there Mom! Until then keep reassuring me with your spirit pop ups cause your Gika needs them! Stronger Survivor Saturday 1.7.2017

Situations can shape the speak it abilities we exercise over our lives to survive so stand strong and shine.

Survivors learn to savor their life moments and can find the shine in every square foot of life. Anybody can take on the survivor mindset and attitude towards life and the wellness benefit is phenomenal. Look at the door that was just opened for you and the possibilities for growth in that. Look at the door that was closed for you that you may have had trouble trying to close yourself. When mind muscles begin to grow stronger, when you begin to take on the survivor mentality many things that may have once made you overthink you won’t even think twice about it. Your wellness journey will not always be a smooth sail, but embrace that you are uniquely built for whatever your life journey will bring you.

In my area, the people woke up to the first snow of the 2017 winter. This isn’t the first time my area has experienced snow, but some people can still be swayed that they can’t handle the year’s first snowfall. When you’ve survived many things, you begin to collect the tools that will keep the random life situations from potentially blocking your wellness goals in, while distracting you from expanding in every season to your proper ascension territories. When you are operating in a survivor mindset you are not easily shaken by things around you because you are using your tools you have keeping you strong in encouragement.

The surviving success of your journey steps and the walking shoes that only you can put on and tie up will shape the course of your life destiny so smile as you step. Don’t ever let the negative that happens to you or happens around you run your life and shape your daily actions and its success. You’re a stronger survivor due to learning from unhealthy things not benefiting your growth and learning to let go of the unhealthy to keep your life grind constantly climbing. You survived what tried to take you out, you survived what tried to count you out, you survived what tried to speak negatively over your life, you survived what tried to use and abuse you, you survived losing a loved one, you survived all distractions trying to take you off course from your birthrights.

Speak life over every situation you will experience with words that will push you to keep going. Some of my favorites I say to myself are, “Focus, I got this!”, “Thankful, I’m still here!”, “Ay, Keep pushing, I know I’m built for this!” Always acknowledge both sides and don’t compromise yourself and your light by being swayed because how it currently looks. You are a strong surviving soul who has the power to speak life and set your atmosphere!
