We have the freedom to set up our future and our past doesn’t hinder a thing.

 

What an amazing feeling to have the freedom to do something. It’s an action we take for granted sometimes and goes for those things we think are a big deal and for the things we think aren’t. Taking for granted that we may wake up a morning and someone else in the world doesn’t, we overlook that and jump on the complaint bus and go for a ride or two or three if we’re feeling particularly hot about the topic. We have the freedom to learn, talk, walk, drive, eat or breathe on our own and that’s a pretty big deal. Little or big we have the freedom to give the energy to what we choose and it shapes our future and shapes our wellness ether.

Our creator has the master plan, has never set us up or will for failure, and we must be wise to the future callings we could have upon our life journey. What is in our cards will always be in our cards and the things that come cross are paths along the way are all intertwined to perfect that moment in time. Your moments in the environment. You could be the light and spark to someone’s life who may need help being pulled out of a dark place and seeing their full worth or you could be the survivor support to someone who went thru a similar situation. Don’t ever count out how your freedom could positively enhance your future or someone you care about and the wellness goals you have set to unfold.

 

First day to reclaim your freedom for future days to make better days in your best way is now. Let’s do this and there’s nothing to fear because you have the freedom and support to grab anything you set your eyes on. Maybe you want to be more knowledgeable, you want to be more active, you want to live and break something negative that runs in your family, or you want to be more conscious. Whatever you are set on know that you are free to go get it.

 

You could walk in your purpose and donate a million dollars to your hometown neighborhood schools, you can start your own business to fill a need and help other people at the same time, you can be the first in your neighborhood to achieve something not yet achieved or you could have two consecutive #1 albums on the Billboard Charts. The possibilities are endless for your future and the freedom is yours! Take advantage and don’t take for granted your amazing future because you have light to shine!

It’s a key part in you ascending to any goal you set. You must approach the situation with some conviction in your mind and heart that it’s yours.

The power to make anything happen in our lives is within us.

We are designed to make it and we must keep continuously exercising that manifesting ability we have. Sometimes our surroundings, atmospheres, or circumstances can have that looking like a very far thing in our future, but we can establish a change with our mouths, our actions, our mind, our perspectives, or even our discipline. This will do great things for our wellness journey and be beneficial throughout all life seasons.

I have a great exercise I created for myself that works your mind, body, and soul within your wellness I’m going to share with you.

 

I love to do at least twice a week because it always reminds me of why I ‘m able to manifest and make anything I put my mind to happen because my creator gave me grace and authority. This exercise is great at helping to center you if you’re feeling off and give you a fresh mind focus. It’s my slice of humble pie.

 

Gigi Amanata Wellness Manifesting Make It Happen Exercise


~This wellness exercise can be a 7-minute exploration experience or even a 21-minute exploration experience.
Your mood will usually set your exercise time so do what you feel.

1. Find a comfortable space of your choice that you will be able to lay flat on your back.

 

2. Have a calming soundtrack playing softly in the background like classical music, your favorite instruments, or you can do the wellness exercise in complete silence it is all up to you.

3. If you have calming objects you can use them and incorporate them into your Gigi Amanata Wellness Manifesting Make It Exercise. For example, I use my favorite crystals/stones and place them on my different parts of my body after I’ve laid flat.

 

4. Lay flat and get comfortable in your desired spot chosen and lay your calming objects where you wish for the duration of the exercise.

5. Close your eyes and begin to breathe in and out at the pace of your choice. As you begin to relax your breathing will become calmer and deeper.

 

6. Lay your hand on your chest preferably over your heart and begin to focus and think of all the things you are thankful for and things you are making it thru. Think about how you are feeling your heart beat, so you’re still alive, and you are still able to make something happen!

 

7. As you continue to breathe with your hand on your heart let your gratitude grow, your heart beat flutter in unison, and let your mind believe and manifest the make it happen plan that is for your exclusive wellness steps.

8. Be real with yourself and true to your gifts during every exercise experience.

Frazzled, frizzy in the mind, and flustered. What a total fumble that could feel like and we’ve all been there and had that type of moment. I love being able to stop, refocus, and re-plan to execute a new flight plan just when we thought the original plan may be taking a nosedive. This could be in a decision made in our wellness or even in our life journey, but we have the power of flight and we are never given more than we can bear. We can get a second wind even after a false start, slow start, or even no start at all. It is up to us to make that freedom step forward

When we transcribe we are putting our thoughts and ideas into written form. To transcribe the things we are thankful for we can control the direction of our mind perception and the way we approach things. I love writing my thanks and things out as it’s a way to solidify a thought or idea and a great helpful reminder to speak something into existence. Ready, set, go. Writing out our thanks and also things we will be thankful in the future will set the foundation for tangibility.

Try writing out your goals for your wellness and things you want for your longevity in your lifestyle? Release it out of your mind, set it from an idea to an obtainable reality on actual paper or digital paper. It could be one word, bullet points or it could even be paragraphs. It could be mantras that motivate you, recipes you think of and want to try, habits you want to change. You decide how to arrange your thankfulness for your journey’s foundation and what you are building. This will be the start to a plan you have for how you will reach what you have set out to do and when you will.


Transcribing my tasks, goals, birthright dreams, and anything I need or want to do for my journey and wellness is a driver for me. It’s a sealer in that it easily gets me motivated keeping me on my P’s & Q’s. You will be able to do this to for yourself knowing what destinations you want in your life. Find out your motivators that keep you thankful and lift those up in your daily wellness steps as one of your accountability partners. Your steps will get stronger on this healthy lifestyle journey as your motivators will have more positive sway in setting your atmospheric energies for transcribing thankfulness.
