Let us start there, I always say we only get one temple so we must cherish and take care of it! We are designed to make it and we must keep continuously exercising that manifesting ability we have. Sometimes our surroundings, atmospheres, or circumstances can have that looking like a very far thing in our future, but we can establish a change with our mouths, our actions, our mind, our perspectives, or even our discipline. This will do great things for our wellness journey and be beneficial throughout all life seasons.

Gigi Amanata Wellness Manifesting Make It Happen Exercise
~This wellness exercise can be a 7-minute exploration experience or even a 21-minute exploration experience.
Your mood will usually set your exercise time so do what you feel.
3. If you have calming objects you can use them and incorporate them into your Gigi Amanata Wellness Manifesting Make It Exercise. For example, I use my favorite crystals/stones and place them on my different parts of my body after I’ve laid flat.
5. Close your eyes and begin to breathe in and out at the pace of your choice. As you begin to relax your breathing will become calmer and deeper.
8. Be real with yourself and true to your gifts during every exercise experience.

Ingredients for Radish Me Zucchini
Any Organic Seasoning or Organic Seasoning Blend of Your Choice – Organic Seasoning Blend used in this recipe from the Gigi Amanata Wellness Shop: Organic Black Pepper, Organic Cayenne Pepper Powder, Organic Turmeric Root Powder, Organic Bladderwrack Powder, Organic Garlic Powder, Organic Onion Powder, Organic Raw Hemp Seeds, & Organic Hemp Protein Powder – Get creative with your organic seasoning blend & make your dish pop to the flavor palate of your day!
Zucchini
Multi Food Grater
~Raw Pink Himalayan Sea Salt if desired
Steps for Radish Me Zucchini
Wash your selection of Radish and Zucchini with a mixture of your favorite vegetable/fruit washer solution.
Prep your organic seasoning blend ingredients by filling a small bowl with each desired ingredient amount and your organic seasoning blend is ready. Put this to the side for later.
Blend your desired amount of organic hemp protein powder and organic raw hemp seeds in a small bowl same as you did the organic seasoning blend. Put this to the side for later.
Grab your selected amount of Radish and Zucchini and grate or cut into to your desired sizes for each.

Place the two cut vegetables into a bowl together.
Sprinkle the organic seasoning blend evenly over the vegetables within the bowl. Toss the vegetables in the bowl to evenly coat all the vegetables with the organic seasoning blend.
Sprinkle the blend of organic hemp protein powder and organic raw hemp seeds evenly over the vegetables in the bowl.
~Sprinkle evenly over the vegetable mix a pinch of Raw Pink Himalayan Salt if your diet can consist of salt and if desired in your dish for a super flavor kick.

Your creator is always making it happen in ways for you every day even when you can’t see the positive, see the solution, or see the change for the better that is being made. You have your own unique gifts to give to the world that can’t just be discarded to the side. Survivors learn to savor their life moments and can find the shine in every square foot of life. Anybody can take on the survivor mindset and attitude towards life and the wellness benefit is phenomenal. Look at the door that was just opened for you and the possibilities for growth in that. Look at the door that was closed for you that you may have had trouble trying to close yourself. When mind muscles begin to grow stronger, when you begin to take on the survivor mentality many things that may have once made you overthink you won’t even think twice about it. Your wellness journey will not always be a smooth sail, but embrace that you are uniquely built for whatever your life journey will bring you.

In my area, the people woke up to the first snow of the 2017 winter. This isn’t the first time my area has experienced snow, but some people can still be swayed that they can’t handle the year’s first snowfall. When you’ve survived many things, you begin to collect the tools that will keep the random life situations from potentially blocking your wellness goals in, while distracting you from expanding in every season to your proper ascension territories. When you are operating in a survivor mindset you are not easily shaken by things around you because you are using your tools you have keeping you strong in encouragement.
The surviving success of your journey steps and the walking shoes that only you can put on and tie up will shape the course of your life destiny so smile as you step. Don’t ever let the negative that happens to you or happens around you run your life and shape your daily actions and its success. You’re a stronger survivor due to learning from unhealthy things not benefiting your growth and learning to let go of the unhealthy to keep your life grind constantly climbing. You survived what tried to take you out, you survived what tried to count you out, you survived what tried to speak negatively over your life, you survived what tried to use and abuse you, you survived losing a loved one, you survived all distractions trying to take you off course from your birthrights.
